Holy Rosary
Located in the Edgerton neighborhood of Rochester on the site of the Holy Rosary church and school, Holy Rosary Apartments and Single-Family Homes are near shopping, expressways and on or near a bus line.
Apartments
There are 35 units in the newly converted school, convent, and rectory consisting of a studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Some have washer/dryer hookup and all have access to a laundry facility, lounge, playground, and community room on main campus site. All apartments are smoke-free.
Four units are fully wheelchair accessible; two of the units are available to the visual and hearing impaired. Twenty-three of the 35 apartments are visitable while 20 are adaptable.

Homes
There are 25 three-, and four-bedroom single-family homes with kitchen (dishwasher included), dining room, a private yard, and porch, off-street parking, and washer/dryer hookups. A security system is available for activation. Community room access is on main campus site. All homes are smoke-free.
Two homes are handicapped accessible. One home is for the visually or hearing impaired. The three-bedroom homes are visitable while the four-bedroom homes are visitable and adaptable.
