Located in the Plymouth and Exchange neighborhood in the city of Rochester, Carlson Commons contains single-family homes and town homes, with 77 two-three-four-and five-bedroom apartments, each with off-street parking and a yard. Residents have access to Community Center located at 70 Coretta Scott Crossing. All homes are smoke-free.
