Paul Wolk Commons

Located at 45 State Street in the heart of Rochester, Paul Wolk Commons features 45 one-bedroom apartments with kitchen, living-dining area, plus access to a community room, library, lounge, elevator, two atriums and a patio. All apartments are smoke free.

Five apartments are wheelchair accessible.

Located at 539 Joseph Avenue in downtown Rochester, Son House Apartments features 21 one-bedroom apartments, resident community space, and an outdoor courtyard. Apartments have easy access to public transportation, and are close to shopping.

  • On-site case management support

Eligibility Guidelines:

  • Income and occupancy requirements apply
  • Apartments are for individuals who are homeless and have one of the following disabilities HIV/Aids, Chronic Substance Abuse or Mental Illness
  • Residents pay 30% of their gross income

Clark Park

Located in a lovely residential neighborhood of Geneva, at the corner of Clark Street and East North Street, the newly renovated Clark Park town homes contain four two-bedroom and four three-bedroom apartments with kitchen, living-dining area, a playground nearby and easy access to public transportation.

  • Must participate in support service programs
