Located in the city of Elmira, McNiff Commons features 11 quality affordable apartments available to households in which the head of the household has the diagnosis of a mental illness. The 11 one-bedroom apartments offer a fully-equipped kitchen, wall-to-wall carpeting, an intercom entry system, washer-dryer hookup, individually controlled heat and electric, and tenant storage area. Special amenities include a community room, a laundry room and a small community patio. Off-street parking is available in close proximity to the building and there is easy front door access for transportation. All apartments have been designed to meet handicapped accessible or adaptable standards. Two apartments are wheelchair accessible.To qualify for this housing, the head of the household must have the diagnosis of a mental illness. Income and occupancy requirements apply.

Located in the historic YMCA building at the corner of Genesee and Castle Streets in downtown Geneva, Elizabeth Blackwell Apartments offers 20 modern one-bedroom apartments for people who are at least 18 years of age and have a physical or developmental disability. The renovation of this 19th century building retained much of the building's original historic character. Each unique apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, wall-to-wall carpeting, and cable-tv access. The building is handicapped accessible and features an attractive courtyard, several community rooms, an elevator, and a laundry room. Income and occupancy requirements apply.

Located on the grounds of the Pastoral Center of The Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester in the Town of Gates, St. Andrews Apartments offers 13 attractive, affordable, wheelchair accessible apartments for people who have disabilities --11 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, wall-to-wall carpeting, an intercom entry system, washer-dryer hookup, a walk-in shower, and cable-tv access. Special amenities include a community room, a laundry room, and a picnic area. Income and occupancy requirements apply.
