Shelter Plus Care provides rental assistance to individuals and their families who have
been homeless at one point in their lives and have chronic substance abuse problems.
This program serves eligible families throughout Monroe County. Case management services are
available to assist clients actively rebuild their lives.
Clients must be referred by an agency licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse. Income requirements apply.
