HOW YOU CAN HELPDonationsDonations Welcome! Providence gratefully accepts contributions to support the development of affordable housing. As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, donations to Providence are tax deductible. Contributions can fund project pre-development, staff training, Catholic Charities partnership initiatives and consultation. You may earmark your contribution for the Maggie Bringewatt Predevelopment Fund. This fund honors Maggie on her retirement as Executive Director from Providence. Providence is happy to host short-term volunteer projects at our rental projects. Past
day-long projects have included a community build playground at Union Meadows that involved St. Vincent's Youth Group, East HS/SOTA Swim Team, many staff members and their families. Also the University of Rochester seniors planted flowers at West
Town Village and Nazareth students painted doors and hallways at our Mt. Carmel housing
